To best leverage social media for our client, Michael’s, we devised a site that leveraged Facebook and let crafters share their creations and the recipes to create them. We had Michael’s team create an initial seed group and built a unique interface for them to interact.

Different client stakeholders had very different ideas of what they wanted to see. Our compromise was to build a rich, 3-D, environment that crafters could interact with on the front but a no-nonsense catalog that let people find, build, and share their creations in a simple way.
